Meet Mary Crawford BC-NC, RN, BSN, MSN
Welcome! I'm thrilled you're here!
I am a Board Certified Transformative Nurse Coach, a passionate businesswoman, and a lifelong learner dedicated to helping others transform through holistic life coaching. With over 35 years of nursing experience and 20+ years in various healthcare leadership roles, I bring a wealth of knowledge to support your journey toward personal growth, self-care, and health.
Happily married with three adult children—each now married—and blessed with five wonderful grandchildren, my family is at the heart of my life. They inspire me daily to embrace joy and connection. In my free time, I love to exercise, read, cook, and, I find peace in spiritual meditation and quiet moments outdoors. Recently, I’ve started dabbling in gardening and canning, adding a touch of creativity to my life!
I practice what I coach, believing that life is not about strict balance but about task shifting—giving our attention to what calls to us in the moment. By focusing on what truly matters to us, we can ensure that we invest enough energy into each area of our lives, ultimately achieving a sense of harmony in mind, body, spirit, and soul.
